We know local residents care deeply about how Wellington Point and the wider Redlands area grow and change.
When planning new communities, we believe it is important to listen to what local people value and understand how their housing needs are changing.
During Fiteni’s community engagement for our nearby Botanix community, residents told us that greater housing choice matters.
Our research found:
- 60% of respondents believed there was not enough housing diversity in their neighbourhood.
- Almost one in three said they would consider something other than a traditional standalone house for their next move.
These findings do not mean that everyone wants to live in a terrace home. They do show that many people would like more than one option.
Euca Terraces respond to that changing need by providing another thoughtfully designed housing choice within an established suburb.
A Proven Approach
While terrace homes are less common in Redlands, they are not new to Fiteni.
