Following community engagement and master planning between 2022 and 2024, the Botanix masterplan was approved by Redland City Council in July 2024. This exciting milestone set the foundation for a thoughtfully designed new neighbourhood, providing greater housing choices, as well as new commercial and public spaces for the whole community to enjoy.
As part of our planning, we’ve undertaken further engagement with the local community, including nearby primary and high schools, to help shape the vision for Botanix Park. At the same time, our team has been refining the urban design and progressing the architectural design of the proposed terrace homes, with a strong focus on amenity, liveability, and long-term community outcomes.
What’s coming up next?
Looking ahead, the next phase involves working closely with Council to present the detailed masterplan for both the park and terrace homes, ensuring alignment before moving forward. Subject to the Council’s agreement, we are aiming to lodge our first Development Application for the park and Stage 1 terrace homes around June 2026.
Following approvals, we anticipate commencing civil construction for Stage 1 including both the park and terrace homes, in early 2027.
