Our Process
A personalised approach to every build
The first step on your journey towards a Fiteni home and land package is a consultation with one of our experienced members at one of our display homes or estates.
With a genuine desire to help you create your dream dwelling, our team will get to know you and your goals before getting started. Taking into consideration your lifestyle and needs, they’ll then suggest some suitable blocks of land for you to consider.
After having some time to think about your ideal block, you can select your preferred lot and move on to the design stage.
This stage begins by looking at a range of home designs and then modifying them to suit your personal style and needs. Once we’ve landed on a final sketch for your future home, we’ll chat about your custom range of inclusions, so we can make sure it suits you perfectly.
Once you’re 100% happy with the plan and quote, and the initial deposit is paid, we can create comprehensive plans and documents that will get us to the final stages. Part of this stage will involve visiting Studio 80, our in-house showroom, and working with our colour consultant to choose the finishing touches for your home.
Design Studio
Once your colours and inclusions have been finalised, you can sign off on everything you’ve discussed. Using our extensive experience, we will make sure everything has been thoroughly checked and finalised. A run through with our electrician and a meeting with our cabinet maker will complete the sign-off process.
The final documents will then be prepared for signing, so that you can finalise your finance and prepare for land settlement.
Once your land is settled, we’ll start building, usually within a couple of weeks.
As the build progresses through its various stages, we’ll invite you to come and take a look at key points in the process to see how things are progressing and witness your vision coming to life.
Once your home is completed, checked and cleaned, you can pack your bags and move in.
We’re committed to ensuring that you’re happy with your Fiteni home, so we’ll touch base with you after settlement to make sure everything is as it should be. Our dedicated maintenance team is also here to assist with any questions or concerns you may have after you’ve moved in.
