Willards Pocket

Located across from the Birkdale Community Precinct, Willard’s Pocket is an exclusive offering of 16 cul-de-sac and private laneway home sites. Each home site, ranging between 400m² and 582 m², will form part of a world-class precinct of local, regional and national significance – all while being in an established neighbourhood that’s well connected to amenities and public transport (including to the CBD).

The 62 hectares of community land will feature a mix of natural and man-made spaces to explore, including boardwalks and walking trails, nature play, performance spaces, an aquatic centre, and tree-top experiences.
